Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge Against Arming Pilots.

This one comes in from USA Today. It appears that Homeland Security Director Tom Ridge trusts commercial pilots with the controls of commercial passenger jets, but not with handguns. Don’t ask us to explain the logic.

Armed Students Save Lives by Stopping Bloody Rampage in its Tracks.

Here’s a very interesting story, from Newsmax.com, on last week’s "school shooting" incident at Appalachian School of Law, perpetrated by Nigerian student Peter Odighizuwa. Apparently he was stopped early in his bloody rampage by fellow students who quickly armed themselves after the shooting started.
