DefenseReview (DR) readers may have noticed our new tactical AR carbine/SBR (Short Barreled Rifle)-themed logo at top left, and at right. The new DR logo was designed by (full-time) graphic artist and illustrator Rich Hayes (Richard Hayes), who’s a former law enforcement officer (LEO), Department of Defense (DoD) employee, and shooting enthusiast, with a penchant for tactical shooting, specifically.

Richard designed the new logo in several color schemes for us. The one you see is the Coyote Brown/Dark Earth version. He also designed two alternative DR logos for us, which you can see below. One is Main Battle Tank (MBT)-themed, and the other is “Mildot Reticle”-themed. He did these in multiple color schemes, as well.

Defense Review may switch out the logos (color schemes and themes) from time to time, so just to keep things fresh.

Anyway, we hope you like the new DR logo(s).
