So, it was with that spirit that DR asked Jamie Franks of Lantac to take us through their latest and greatest Glock products at the booth, and we really liked what we saw, particularly the gun(s) set up with a suppressor-ready threaded barrel that was also crowned (nice touch). Everything felt and looked good on the Lantac Glocks that we handled, particularly the one shown in DR’s video below. Everything on that gun looked well-curated/chosen, including the Trijicon RMR red dot sight combat optic, which comes with both the complete pistol and complete slide packages.
Editor’s Note: Defense Review hasn’t shot the Lantac guns yet, so we’re only going off the guns’ feel and aesthetics at the moment, but both of those bode well for them. Our primary caveat at present is the reliability/durability of the Lantac E-CTG9 Upgrade Glock 17/19 Gen1-4 Trigger, since there are supposed high-end aftermarket Glock triggers out there that are a bit lacking in that aspect, particularly under hard use and high round count. The E-CTG9 may be terrific. We just don’t know yet.
