As an employer sometimes we have to secure our documents especially our excel spreadsheets for many reasons. As all companies know employees come and go or you have contractors come in and then move on. Well sometimes they forget to give us the excel password or they forget where they put the passwords for the excel files. Man what a huge problem that can be for workflow and just keeping things going around the office. Having a good password recovery tool is a must to have.

Finally there are times in my life I had lost a password but because of a computer failure.
