Well, it took us awhile to publish this one, but better late than never. DefenseReview has long been a fan of Battle Arms Develpment’s BAD-ASS-ST Short-Throw (45-Degree) Ambi (Ambidextrous) Safety Selector Switch AR15/AR10, so we felt it was our obligation to check out BAD’s latest and greatest tactical AR components and accessories at the company’s booth at SHOT Show 2016, and boy were we glad we did.

Battle Arms Development (B.A.D.) co-owner Sylwia Huang was kind and patient enough to take us through a veritable plethora of tactical AR carbine and SBR/PDW (Short Barreled Rifle/Personal Defense Weapon) goodies, including the BAD-LGB-Ti-625 and BAD-LGB-Ti-750 Titanium Gas Blocks, VERT Stock System – PDW Stock (Buttstock), BAD-PDW PDW Lower Receiver + VERT Stock System, BAD-ATG™ (Adjustable Tactical Grip) tactical AR pistol grip, BAD 10.5″ and 7.5″ Ultramatch LIGHTRIGID™ 416R Stainless Steel .223 Wylde Fluted Lightweight Barrels (Black Contrast), a nifty BAD-MRO™ Lightweight Optic Mount for the Trijicon MRO (Miniature Rifle Optic), and even a CMC Flat Trigger, all of which you can see in the embedded DR videos below.

It was frankly almost too much stuff for us to handle and once–almost, but we managed.

Anyway, all the Battle Arms Development products Defense Review saw and handled looked well-designed and well-made, and worth serious consideration by anyone looking to upgrade their current tactical AR carbine/SBR or acquire a tactical AR SBR/PDW. You could certainly do a lot worse.
