DefenseReview has received an interesting PowerPoint brief on the recent M4 Carbine "Extreme Dust Test" (Fall 2007 test) that we published info on recently, as well as some info/results from the preceding extreme dust test earlier in the year (2007). The brief came in from one of our professional contacts, but we don’t yet know specifically who put it together, i.e. who created it (individuals and/or agency or unit). The brief may have come out of U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), or it could have been generated independently. We simply don’t know, at this point, but we’ll try to find out, and we appreciate any assistance any of our readers can provide on this.

We now present the M4 Carbine Extreme Dust Test Brief to our readers for your perusal and analysis. You will need Microsoft PowerPoint on your computer to be able to view it.
