Global Enforcement Review Makes a Splash at TREXPO East.

I have to say that Global Enforcement Review, or GER, was a very pleasant surprise at this year’s TREXPO East exhibition. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to meet Paul Ford, the publisher and founder of GER at his booth, and came away very impressed with both him and his magazine. GER is basically a new law enforcement/corrections industry publication, with relevant articles about everything relating to tactical law enforcement– weaponry, vehicles, technology, techniques, training, etc. It’s published in three languages, English, French, and Spanish. The articles themselves are not overly long, but rather get right to the point. GER has a very modern look to it, and is nicely laid out. The paper used appears and feels to be of very high quality. I also particularly enjoyed the illustrations that are done by Mark Burnell at Stats Group Five, a force-on-force tactical training school. Ultimately, I believe Paul Ford’s new magazine will carve out a nice little niche for itself in the law enforcement community.
